If you are a new customer (not ordered off our website before) then we would like to welcome you with a discount off your first order.

Simply enter the discount code "NEW10" at check out to receive a 10% discount on your first purchase. The discount will apply to all products otherless otherwise stated but the code can only be used once.

To apply the discount, simply add the products you wish to purchase to your basket and proceed to the checkout.

Once at the checkout there is a "Voucher Code" box where you will just need to input NEW10 and the 10% discount will be automatically applied to your full order.

We have an easy, no hassle returns policy for all our customers as we understand it is possible to purchase the wrong item online.

You can return any unsuitable item for a full refund within 30 days from the purchase date, as long as it's brand new, unused and in original packaging. All we ask is that you first email our customer services team at sales@raceforglory.store for an authorised returns form to complete before enclosing it with your return item. This form gives you all the returns details you need.

We will send you a full refund within 7 working days if your item is in accordance to our return criteria.

We are unable to refund any return postage costs unless we have supplied goods incorrectly in which case we would collect them from you at our own expense.

We sell goods online according to the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 and we adhere to the mail order code of practice. However, if you have any problems or complaints about our returns service please write to our Customer Services Manager at the address on our contact page.

We have a fast efficient email system operated by our highly trained customer services team who will be glad to assist you with any query you have. We aim to quickly respond to all emails between Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm GMT. If you email over the weekend we would reply on Monday as soon as we can.
